Transportation
By local bus from JR Joban Line Ushiku Stn. (west exit)
- Take the Kanto-Tetsudo-Bus for:

-- Owashi Campus of NIAS via Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF)
-- Tsukuba-Daigaku-Chuo(Tsukuba Univ. Central) via Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF))
-- Tsukuba-Daigaku-Byoin(Tsukuba Univ. Hospital) via Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF)
- Alight at the Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF). Transit time: about 20 minutes.
By local bus from Tsukuba Express Midorino Stn.
- Take the circular route bus between Midorino and Yatabe-Shako (Yatabe terminal) or Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF)
- Alight at the Norin-Danchi-Chuo (Central Research Complex of MAFF).
- Transit time: about 15minutes.
By long-distance bus via the Joban Expressway
- Take the bus bound for Tsukuba-San (Mt. Tsukuba) from the Yaesu south exit of JR Tokyo Station. Alight at the Nourin-Danchi-Chuo bus stop in
front of the Tsukuba Office of MAFF.
By car
- Take the Joban Expressway to the Yatabe Interchange. Travel time from the Yatabe Interchange: about 10 minutes.
